Palm Beach

About Palm Beach

Palm Beach is a four kilometre stretch of beach that runs north from Currumbin Alley to Tallebudgera Creek.

Just 10 minutes from the Coolangatta airport, Palm Beach is fast building a name for itself as one of the city’s up and coming trendy venue precincts with new bars, cafe’s and restaurants regularly popping up.

Palm Beach has a strong sense of community and is a great example of where iconic Gold Coast beach shacks still exist. Many surfers and beach goers come to Palm Beach for its long sandy beach and popular surf breaks. At the northern end of Palm Beach, Tallebudgera Creek is a great spot for families with young children who wish to enjoy a beach experience without waves.

Palm Beach Surf Life Saving Club (south), Pacific Surf Life Saving Club (north Palm Beach) and Tallebudgera Surf Life Saving Club form the trio of surf clubs that patrol this beautiful stretch of sand.

While the beautiful beachfront is lined with a variety of property types, Palm Beach has been crowned Queensland’s cleanest beach three times.
